For the past 13 years we have been building homes in the Mahoning Valley. Unlike a larger home builder, or Corporate Company we do not make our customers stick to already designed plans or give them limited "Customizing options."  Potential customers either bring us a set of plans that they like or we design a set of custom plans for them.  By drawing plans to their specifications, our clients get the home they dream of, instead of settling for someone else's idea of a dream home, or a generic plan that sort of meets their expectations.  Every home we build from the 1200 square foot starter home to the 4000 square foot home is built with the same quality.  Regardless of the size of the home,  A&C Home Builders, Inc..  Does not attempt to undercut competitor's prices by using inferior materials. Our homes are often less expensive than any one of our competitors.   Our decision to remain small has allowed us to provide the individual attention that makes our homes top-of-the-line, for the average home price. I personally check each of the jobs on a daily basis, sometimes several times a day.  The end result for us is very satisfied customers who are always happy to recommend our work, as well as several repeat customers. We are also a registered VA and Energy Star Builder!
