Cathy has been a resident of Oklahoma for 30 years and loves it here. She enjoys meeting people and showing homes to prospective buyers. Her favorite pastime is looking at new homes to get an idea of some of the new decorating trends and furniture styles. Cathy entered into the real estate business with experience from building her own home. She and her husband built their home in 1988 during the oil boom bust. So she knows what a challenge it can be dealing with banks and mortgage companies to get financing. Cathy married into a family of carpenters and construction workers and is familiar with all the hard work it take to build a home. She has gone through the process of looking for that perfect piece of land, going to an architect designing house plans, searching for financing, and then the actual construction. Cathy hopes to pass along her enthusiam to all her prospective buyers and sellers, that the American dream of homeownership can come true for everyone.
