7) W-2 forms ( last 2 years )
8) Any monthly debt information
9) Car loan acct. numbers/addresses
10) Credti Card numbers
11) Child support/child care
12) Divorce decree
13) Lease agreements/rent
14) Mortgage & acct. numbers
15) Current pay stubs ( 30 days )
16) Current bank statements ( 3 months )
17) Photocopy of driver's license & Social Security card ( for FHA loans )
18) Copy of settlement statement on any property sold in last 5 years
