My name is Fran Riggs and I have been a resident of Charlotte for 28 years. My husband Pat and I have raised our three children Kristen, Becky and Brian in Charlotte and have watched them succeed in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and go on to college at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. We enjoy spending time together with the newest edition to the family, our first grandchild Emily. I am a person who loves to help and go beyond what it takes to make people happy. I want my clients to be satisfied with their decisions and my honesty, integrity and dependability will guarantee this. I am familiar with many parts of Charlotte; I have lived both in North and South Charlotte and have watched the city grow from a small city to an urban metropolitan area. I cover the Charlotte and surrounding areas, including Mecklenburg, Iredell, and Cabarrus counties. More specifically, this covers the University, North Charlotte, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson and Lake Norman areas. I began real estate in 1997 and was proudly voted the "Rookie of the Year" by Allen Tate Realtors. I have grown to be a multi-million dollar listing and sales agent within Allen Tate. I have also received highest recognition by the Allen Tate Company by receiving the "Presidents Cup Award." I am a member of the Allen Tate "VIP Club" for outstanding achievement and was also inducted into the Allen Tate Company "Masters Circle" for outstanding achievement. In addition to these accreditations, I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors and the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association.
