All Realtors have the same tools at their disposal. MLS, Realtor.com, IDX, etc. What sets Realtors apart from each other? What makes one better or worse? Why would you pick one over another? Most people have a friend or family member that is a Realtor, or will use someone that is recommended to them. I feel that we are differentiated from each other based on two criteria. First: What do we do differently? In my case, I feel that as real estate prices have gone up over the past several years, so has the amount of my commission, equating to one of the largest raises in any profession. Because of that, I am willing to give part of that commission back to you in the form of a rebate at closing. As a seller’s agent, I am willing to take less to list your house, while still giving you the same full service that I have always given, and at the same time, not affecting the commission paid to outside brokers that they traditionally expect.
Second: Personal service sets us apart from each other. Have you ever signed on the dotted line to sell your home, and then not heard from your Realtor for weeks? Have you had questions, or wanted to see a house and not been able to get in touch with your Realtor? Not with me. State of the are technology, as well as a wife who is my assistant, make it easy for me to make you feel as if you were my only client, and tend to your needs in a timely manner.
I am a former school teacher who has changed careers to become a Real Estate Agent and I am looking to help you find your next home or sell your current one with personalized full service at a discount price in the North Carolina Triangle Area. Give me a chance and you will not be disappointed.
I feel that I have a different style than most Realtors. I am not pushy. I am actually not a good sales person in that respect. I will push hard to get my clients the best purchase or sales price for their home, but I will not push them to buy. I don't think you can talk someone into buying a home so if someone says they do not like a specific feature of a home, I’ll agree to move on, rather than try and tell them what I think that they can do to live with that feature as many agent will do. Buying a home is not like buying a pair of pants. You really can't return the home once you buy it so you need to be sure. It needs to jump out at you and scream HOME. If it doesn’t, we, as a team will eventually find one that does. I have worked with people for over a year to find the perfect home. I am patient and understand the art of relationship building. This allows me to build a base of referral and repeat business. When choosing a Realtor, ask them what percent of their business is repeat or referral. This will tell you a lot about their style You can find great local Raleigh, North Carolina real estate information on Localism.com Jason Goodman Triangle Area NC Realtor is a proud member of the ActiveRain Real Estate Network, a free online community to help real estate professionals grow their business.
