The magnetic pull of the world’s greatest grandkids drew Judy back to the Russellville, AR area from Reno, NV where she took pride in providing a superior level of informed, professional real estate services to buyers and sellers of homes and investment properties and probate sales. She worked for a large, locally owned firm in Reno which employed over 300 agents and her sales production consistently placed her in the top five agents in her office. She was also very successful with a web-based marketing program where she more than doubled the prior results. Judy and her husband currently reside in West Russellville. Since obtaining her license to practice real estate in 2001, Judy has completed countless hours of education to broaden her knowledge base. She holds her GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), is a graduate of Advanced 1031 Exchanges, a graduate of Path to Mastery (classes in real estate excellence), and Ninja Selling (classes which advocate a system of selling based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer, then helping them achieve their goals – less about selling and more about helping people achieve their goals). These are just a sampling of the classes and certifications that Judy has completed, but they certainly attest to her ideology of being the best at anything she attempts. Judy also recently obtained her Executive Broker license in Arkansas. As a REALTOR®, Judy is committed to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and the REALTOR® Pledge, part of which is: “To protect the individual right of real estate ownership and to widen the opportunity to enjoy it”. She had that in mind when she attended classes and obtained certification in the National Association of REALTORS® “Home From Work” program, an employer assisted housing program. Judy has also been active in the community as a champion for the protection of consumers, serving as the only lay member on the Nevada Bar Association Disciplinary Committee and on the Professional Standards Committee for REALTOR® Ethics at the state level and at the local level in Reno, NV and now serving in the same capacity in Arkansas. Judy is also proud to have been a fundraiser for the Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Judy graduated from Whitehaven High School in Memphis, TN and after taking an early retirement from John Deere Co., graduated with an Associate of General Studies from Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno, NV. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was on the National Dean’s List in 2005. Judy was with John Deere Co. for 32 years and served in various capacities giving her extensive business and management experience, so when she opted for early retirement in 2001, she obtained her license to practice real estate in Nevada where she applied the training and experience she had acquired.
