 Kristin works with buyers and sellers in all price brackets. Born and raised in Knoxville, TN, she began selling real estate in 2000 at a local “boutique firm”.  Kristin relocated to Franklin in 2003 after her husband, Darrell, began working in the music industry. She immediately fell in love with Franklin and Williamson County and has been with ERA ever since.

 "I have extensive experience with new construction, investment property, and first time home buyers”.  She has personally bought and sold 3 of her own homes in just 4 years.  "It can be a very daunting and overwhelming task", she says.  Kristin feels she is qualified to help her clients gain a comfort level with the process of buying and selling homes.

 Kristin has recently completed numerous educational classes and has earned the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative(ABR). "I pride myself on being knowledgeable and staying current with changes in the real estate market that could affect a successful transaction." She says.

Kristin resides in Franklin with her husband, Darrell, and two children.
